At Feelgood Fitness and Wellness Centre our mission is to provide a relaxed and comfortable place to exercise for improved health, wellbeing and confidence. People of all ages and abilities workout here regularly without feeling self-conscious or intimidated, and all of our members are very welcoming to newcomers. There is no judgement in our non-competitive environment. That is the whole ethos of this club and is just one of the many qualities that set us apart.
The gym area has a selection of user friendly cardio bikes, treadmills and cross trainers, and with our unique self-adjusting resistance equipment, toning up and getting fitter couldn't be more straight forward. Regardless of your age, experience or ability, we can create a personalised exercise program for you and help you reach your goals.
Our studio classes are also a great addition to the club. Our wide range of classes offers plenty of variety and choice. From Cardio Fit to Pump or Yogalates to Fighting Fit there really is something for everyone. With our busy lives today, many people find it very difficult to make time for themselves or set aside time for exercise. Our personal health and well-being is essential to keep up our juggling acts so with our 45 minute classes and the option of 30 to 45 minute gym programs, we can help you fit something in.
